Contact information
The inquiry form requests your name, work email, organization, optional role, area of interest and message. These details are used to respond to your inquiry. Do not submit patient records, health details, classified or controlled information, credentials or operational vulnerabilities.
How messages are processed
The form is designed to run on Cloudflare and send the inquiry to info@diseasealertsystem.com through Resend. Cloudflare Turnstile is used for bot verification when the form is configured. Hosting, email and security providers may process technical metadata such as IP address and request information.
The website code does not create an inquiry database. Messages may be retained in the recipient’s email service and provider records. To ask about access, correction or deletion, contact info@diseasealertsystem.com. Records are subject to applicable retention obligations.
Videos and external links
Local presentation covers load without contacting YouTube. Clicking Play loads a youtube-nocookie.com embedded player, which connects to YouTube and may process viewing information under its policies. External source links open third-party websites.
Analytics and tracking
No marketing analytics or advertising trackers are included in the delivered website code. Infrastructure providers may collect service and security logs. Turnstile loads only on the contact page when configured.

Built for a broader audience.
The site includes semantic structure, keyboard navigation, visible focus, labeled controls, image descriptions, responsive layouts and reduced-motion support. Interactive walkthroughs have printable narrative equivalents. Videos depend on the captions and accessibility features supplied by their publishers.
